How long your ring takes to make, how it ships, and what to do if it isn’t quite right.
Made to order
Rings are set and finished by hand after you order. Most rings ship within [X–Y business days], and we’ll email a tracking number when yours leaves the bench.
Insured shipping
Every order ships fully insured [at no charge within the US] and needs a signature on delivery. [We don’t ship outside the US yet.]
Returns
Changed your mind? Return an unworn piece within [30 days] of delivery for a full refund. [Engraved rings are final sale.]
Resizing
If your ring doesn’t fit, we’ll resize it [free within 60 days]. Some designs, such as eternity bands, can’t be resized. Check our ring size guide before you order.
Returns
How to send something back
We keep returns simple. Reach out first so we can send insured instructions — please don’t post a ring back without them.
- Contact us with your order number.
- We email insured return instructions [and a prepaid label].
- Pack the piece with its grading report and paperwork.
- Your refund goes back to the original payment method within [X business days] of the ring reaching us.
